About me

My name is Arina Krakteau. I have had the opportunity to live in three distinct countries: Russia, Sweden, and France, and I spent 13 years working with luxury leather and jewelry brands.

My quest for beauty has always driven me, whether through travel, daily experiences, art, or fashion. I am an avid reader and observer, with my eyes perpetually exploring the world around me.

During the COVID pandemic, I discovered a passion for painting, feeling a strong urge to express myself on canvas. I am particularly drawn to two techniques. The first is a style I refer to as “8-bit pointillism,” which involves painting in squares. However, my true favorite is crafting various shapes using silk paper, the same material often used for wrapping products in stores. I collect this paper from my own shopping, as well as from friends and supportive boutiques. I take pride in knowing that this simple act contributes positively to the environment.

My artwork is characterized by its volume, vibrancy, and monochromatic elements, and I am thrilled to share it with the world.
