If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible at arinamerlin20@gmail.com. My general refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase (please see return exception below for Original Artwork).
Return Policy – Original Artwork
Before purchasing an original painting, please measure your wall space to ensure that you’ll be happy with the location and fit of your artwork. If you’re not delighted with your original artwork, I will give you a full refund provided you contact me and ship the original artwork back within 7 days.
For a full refund, the original artwork must be:
- Returned in the same condition that you received it in;
- Packed in the original shipping container;
To complete your return, I require:
- A receipt of proof of purchase;
- Use of a trackable shipping service;
- Purchase of shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as it was shipped to you).
The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs related to returning the original artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me for a return shipping address at arinamerlin20@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at arinamerlin20@gmail.com.
Items Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the packaging, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting. If possible, open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and contact me immediately at arinamerlin20@gmail.com. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
